Open Day/Plant Sale

Our Annual Open Day/Plant sale is being held this year on Sunday 4th June 2023 at 11.00 to 4 pm. This event is usually a huge success and makes money for our allotment site to be able to provide things for the site.

We need your support before the event and also on the day. We are looking for some help with the Tombola, Book stall, Cake stall & making refreshments in the Community Shed. You do not need to do the full day, the stalls can be done in shifts. We already have two plot holders who are doing the raffle. The pizza oven will also be lit and we have plot holders who have volunteered to do it again this year. Cakes to be made by plot holders and brought on the day.

We also need Tombola prizes, books, raffle prizes, there will be boxes in the Community shed next week where you can leave these items. Please donate anything that you think will be suitable.

If there are any plot holders who would like to do some other type of stall, please let us know.
