Britain in Bloom

On Monday night Pete and Sue attended the Heysham Neighbourhood Council meeting and this year they are entering the Britain In Bloom competition for Heysham Village in July. This is a massive undertaking and will take a lot of work.

We will be donating some bedding plants that we will be growing this year for them. They will be looking for volunteers to help with planting, weeding, cleaning the streets etc. nearer the time, so if you have any spare time to help I am sure they will be very grateful. We'll let you know more details nearer the time.
